Returns and Refund Policy

To ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining our commitment to quality, we offer a returns and refunds policy under the following conditions:

    1. Product Condition: The item being returned must be in its original packaging. This means the packaging should be intact and free from any alterations or damage. The product itself must be either in its raw state (uncooked and unused) or if you have already started to cook the product and are unsatisfied, you may return it as is, accompanied by the till slip.
    2. Proof of Purchase: The original till slip (receipt) from the purchase must be presented at the time of the return. This helps us verify the purchase details, such as the date, location, and the exact product being returned.

Important Note: Any returns or refunds that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
